Embodying Spectrum’s Principles

It’s refreshing to work with a close-knit group of professionals who trust each other, seek counsel from each other, work together, have fun doing it, and share a steady stream of Seinfeld references.

Integrity is at the core of our daily work and interactions with plan sponsors and plan participants. From putting together a plan review making sure we are sharing everything a plan sponsor needs to know to meeting each individual wherever they are on their financial journey. Each person is on a different path and we must customize our advice for each individual situation. It’s not doing the same thing every day, but doing the right thing every day.
