Embodying Spectrum’s Principles
I believe in Spectrum’s mission to prepare individuals for a prosperous retirement is best accomplished by delivering passionate, authentic, and useful education and guidance via our 1 : 1 consultation sessions and group meetings. A great day is when a participant tells me they understand for the first time a retirement planning or savings strategy after talking with me.
A successful retirement plan requires installing a process and achieving milestones along the way, and by leaning into our fiduciary role, we can provide a process that is appropriate for each individual we council.
NQPC™, Nonqualified Plan Consultant, a credential offered by the National Association of Plan Advisors certifying proficiency in Nonqualified plans.
