Embodying Spectrum’s Principles
Spectrum preaches that we must not only be present in the workplace, but equally to our families and loved ones. There are numerous events throughout the year that our loved ones are invited to attend that we look forward to each year. I love the culture we have created at work, knowing that I will be able to attend my daughter’s events, spend time with my family, and bring them to our work family events.
At Spectrum, we are fortunate enough to be involved in numerous volunteer and community events throughout the year. My wife and I also like to help the community whenever possible. We participate in the Milwaukee Riverkeeper program, where we help clean up the Milwaukee area river basins multiple times a year. We also volunteer at our daughter’s school and community events to help anyone in the community in need.
