Embodying Spectrum’s Principles

I have three children who are all grown and out of the house. While they were young, I spent time coaching their sports teams, traveling with them and just being their dad, but I also spent time with them individually to impress upon them the importance of thinking about their futures. I enjoy working with our younger clients and try to use a similar approach when talking with them about their finances and other aspects of their life.

There’s not a strict hierarchy that determines tasks for our jobs. We jump in wherever we’re needed to be successful as a team. That can apply to most anything we do and includes things like providing client support, keeping our work environment clean and operational, and making our processes easier in the future.
