Mike, a lifelong resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, now resides in the area with his wife and their three children. They enjoy spending time together, particularly during summer adventures with their family dog and recent family ski trips. Mike and his family value their connection to the community.

Embodying Spectrum’s Principles
I have been afforded the opportunity within our Spectrum organization to take time to give back to my work community. Since March of 2017, I have focused time to the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals to grow the mission of a strong business community for those starting in their career. That then evolved further into the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and most recently my serving as Mequon-Thiensville Chamber President in 2022-2023. This deeper connection to the business community that surrounds us has been and continues to be tremendously fulfilling and an honor. Additionally, I am proud to serve on the Kettle Moraine YMCA Board starting in December of 2024.
As a father of three wonderful children, I try hard to achieve a focus of being completely present at both work and home. Despite pockets of chaos that young family life brings, I have the support of my wonderful wife and place of work to constantly strive for this goal. I hope to someday reflect on my career with accomplishments both in a professional setting, serving my clients, and also with my family, knowing that I gave my best to them each day.
