Leah is married and lives in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She enjoys playing volleyball, reading, cooking, and spending time with her nephews.

Living a balanced life allows me to be fully present in the office during the workday, as well as fully present when I am at home with my family. I can give my full attention to whatever I am doing, without feeling like I am neglecting an important part of my life. Having a work culture that prioritizes the right things makes doing my job all the more rewarding.
