Embodying Spectrum’s Principles
Work seems less like work given I work with a highly intelligent and authentic group of colleagues. While having a whole lot of fun doing what we all enjoy, we work smartly and cohesively to serve our clients. Our team takes time to connect with another. Even though I work remotely and travel often, I still feel a part of the Spectrum family. It is no surprise our firm continues to be recognized as one of the best places to work.
It is never too early or too late to establish and nurture one’s retirement nest egg. Making additional contributions, the rules of compounding and growth, and diversification increase our investments. Part of that equation also involves assuring portfolios are invested appropriately given an individuals’ age and window of retirement. Thinking long-term is not just during our working career, but also in retirement. By using Spectrum’s colors in our education materials, it makes the conversation easier and a little more delightful. So often I am thanked for helping a participant better understand something that at one time seemed overwhelming to them. Even the most sophisticated investor is thankful for insight, knowledge, and oversight.
