Manuel is the president and a partner at Spectrum and is responsible for the general operations of the firm. He has been in the retirement plan and investment management industry since 1999 and presently holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He has been a speaker and panelist on retirement plan fiduciary and investment education topics at numerous industry conferences and is a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Manuel specializes in helping plan sponsors implement successful retirement programs by providing specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards and their application to the investment management process, as well as turning behavioral finance concepts into actionable solutions.
Manuel has completed the following accreditations and certifications:

Jon is a partner and chief investment officer of the firm, as well as the lead designer of the retirement plan educational materials. He is responsible for the analytical research of investments, which includes underlying research for the firm's model portfolios. Jon is also the chief compliance officer in charge of overseeing all of the firm's regulatory responsibilities.
Jon earned a BS in Economics from UW-La Crosse and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. Jon has been in the retirement plan industry since 2003 and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He is also a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Jon is married and lives in Milwaukee, WI. While not working with clients, Jon enjoys golfing, skiing, and the outdoors.

Matt is the Senior Vice President and partner of Spectrum, responsible for business development and client management for retirement plans and wealth management. He is committed to understanding the unique needs of each client
and designing strategies to address those needs.
Matt has been in the retirement plan and investment management industry since 1989 and presently holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). He is a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals, Ltd. (WRPPL) and the National Association of Plan Advisors. Matt has completed the:

Jim is the principal and founder of Spectrum Investment Advisors, and was named the 2021 Trailblazer of the Year by the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce. Jim has over 50 years of experience in the retirement plan industry and built Spectrum Investment Advisors with the core idea of using colors to simplify investing, which he received a patent on in 2010. Jim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Economics. Jim is the Chairman of the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce Past Presidents and has been a national speaker for 401(k) Specialist Excel, PlanSponsor, and Global Retirement Partners. He holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65) and is a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Jim is married with two children and lives in Germantown, WI. His wife Peggy is a retired reading specialist, his daughter Cindy has over 15 years' experience in the financial services industry and his son Jon has been in the retirement plan industry with Spectrum since 2003. Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and reading to his twin granddaughters Maple Jane and Violet Frances.

Prior to joining Spectrum Investment Advisors, Cheryl was a vice president and relationship manager at US Bank for 12 years. She is also a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Cheryl lives in Watertown, WI. She enjoys playing golf and restoring old houses. Cheryl has two grown children and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Brian is the Wealth Manager for Spectrum Wealth Management™ and a partner of the firm. He is responsible for personal financial planning, private wealth management and serves on the Wealth Management investment committee. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Systems from Taylor University. He has been in the financial services industry since 2000 and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Brian is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Prior to joining Spectrum Investment Advisors, Brian was an investment consultant with TD Ameritrade for 7 years.
Brian is married with two children and lives in Menomonee Falls, WI. Outside of work, Brian enjoys reading, downhill skiing, volleyball, and woodworking.

Scott is responsible for assisting plan sponsors with their fiduciary duties by conducting retirement plan investment reviews, plan design discussions, employee educational meetings and one-on-one investment consultation. He has been in the retirement services industry since 1994 and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Prior to joining Spectrum, Scott’s work experiences focused on a broad array of retirement roles including record keeping, relationship management, and the creation and delivery of educational materials. Scott is a Board Member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) and Wisconsin Independent Learning College (WILC), and a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Scott is married with two children and lives in Brown Deer, WI. Outside of the office, he spends his time pursuing competitive endeavors on the golf course, via road races, and on the basketball and volleyball court. Especially important to Scott is his commitment to raising funds and awareness for individuals and families affected by autism. This dedication led to the creation of Dylan’s Run in 2001, a non-profit event that raised dollars to fund research and provide programs specifically for persons in southeastern Wisconsin.

Mike has been in the retirement plan industry since 2011 and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Actively serving in the community, Mike is a Co-Chair of the Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals group. A graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising, Mike was also a four-year letter winner on the golf team, earning Big East All-Academic honors, and was the 2011 Wisconsin State Amateur Champion.
Mike is married and lives in West Bend, WI with his wife and two children. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing both socially and competitively, and exploring the outdoors with the family dog.

Thomas is the senior investment analyst of the firm, responsible for analytical research of investments, portfolio construction, and market research. He has been in the financial industry since 2014 and previously worked at Bank of America’s Private Bank as an investment analyst.
Thomas is a CFA® charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute, and a member of the CFA Society of Milwaukee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston and is fluent in Spanish.
A Texas transplant, Thomas lives in Milwaukee, WI. While not working, Thomas enjoys indoor soccer, biking, and hiking.
The CFA designation is globally recognized and attests to a charterholder’s success in a rigorous and comprehensive study program in the field of investment management and research analysis.

Ryan is also a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) as well as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) a designation sponsored by the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Prior to joining Spectrum, Ryan worked in a variety of different roles pertaining to 401(k) plans including Compliance, Conversions, Relationship Management, and Mutual Fund Trading. Ryan is a member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) and the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in Economics.

Yesica started her career in the insurance industry-leading sales and customer services teams and working alongside insurance brokers. After moving to the United States, she worked in higher education as Admission and Recruitment Coordinator at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
Yesica is originally from Colombia, she speaks Spanish and English. She is married and lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband, their son, and their dog. Yesica enjoys spending time with her family and going on road trips.

Donna oversees administrative operations and provides sales administrative support for the firm. She is also responsible for assisting in the creation of all retirement plan client materials and coordinating Spectrum's internal compliance program. Donna attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has been in the financial services industry since 1994. Prior to joining Spectrum Investment Advisors, Donna spent nine years with a third party marketer that provided annuity products to banks in the Midwest.
Donna is married with one son and appreciates time spent with her family. She especially enjoys weekends with family and friends in northern Wisconsin. In her spare time, Donna enjoys home remodeling projects, gardening, hiking, and reading.

Angie is the event coordinator and communications editor for the firm, responsible for planning the annual Retirement Plan Investment Seminars, Spectrum Investor® Coffee House Educational Series, held three times a year in our office, and the annual client appreciation golf outing. Angie also writes a column in our quarterly newsletter and is responsible for marketing compliance, updating and publishing content on the company website and social media pages and assisting with investment performance reviews and proposals. Angie earned a BA in English from Carthage College, graduating cum laude, and a MA in Mass Communication from UW-Milwaukee. She has been in the retirement plan industry since 2004.
Angie lives in Glendale, WI where she is married with twin girls. Outside of the office Angie enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading.


Sara Olson

Sara is a Sales Specialist at Spectrum Investment Advisors. She is responsible for supporting the advisor team by preparing sales documents, client reviews, quarterly reports and participant education materials. Sara is also involved in maintaining our CRM system. She has been in the retirement plan industry since 2013.
Sara attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated with a BS in Education in Health, Human, Performance, and Recreation with a minor in Coaching, and she also received her MS in Education in Professional Development. While at UW-Whitewater, she was a member of the Track & Field program and currently holds both the indoor and outdoor women’s triple jump record.
Sara is married with one son and enjoys taking road trips, especially to Badger Football away games. She also coached high school track and field for several years after college.
